Scaffolder

Job Title: Scaffolder

Key Responsibilities:

• Erect modify and dismantle scaffolding structures in accordance with project requirements and safety regulations.
  

• Inspect scaffolding materials components and connections to ensure safety and stability.
  

• Read and interpret technical drawings plans and scaffolding specifications.
  

• Load unload and organize scaffolding materials at the worksite.
  

• Ensure proper bracing tying and securing of scaffolds for worker and structure safety.
  

• Perform daily safety checks and report any hazards or defects to the site supervisor.
  

• Maintain clear access routes and a clean work environment.
  

• Collaborate with other construction teams to meet project deadlines.
  

• Follow all company and site-specific safety policies and procedures including PPE compliance.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  

• Scaffolding certification (CITB CISRS or equivalent recognized qualification).
  

• Minimum 24 years of scaffolding experience in construction oil & gas or industrial projects.
  

• Good understanding of scaffolding types (tube and coupler system scaffolding etc.).
  

• Physically fit and capable of working at heights.
  

• Strong awareness of safety practices and hazard control.
  

• Ability to communicate effectively in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu a plus).

• Location: UAE (various project sites)
  

• Work Schedule: 6 days per week (as per site requirements)
