ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer Testing & Commissioning to manage and execute commissioning activities for mechanical systems in building and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
Carry out pre-commissioning functional performance and integrated testing of mechanical systems (HVAC Chillers AHUs FCUs Pumps Pressurization Fans Smoke Management Plumbing & Drainage Fire Protection).
Review and implement commissioning plans ITPs and method statements.
Witness validate and document tests ensuring compliance with specifications codes and authority standards (ASHRAE NFPA IPC local authority).
Coordinate with consultants contractors vendors and clients during testing and handover phases.
Prepare test reports commissioning logs O&M manuals and support training of end-user staff.
