Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Conference Producer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 13 years of experience in content creation agenda development speaker engagement or conference productionparticularly within the finance fintech or related industries. The Conference Producer will play a crucial role in developing impactful event content securing expert speakers and ensuring the overall success of our global expos.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth industry research to identify key trends topics and speakers relevant to our expos.
Develop and curate conference agendas ensuring timely topical and engaging content.
Source and secure high-level speakers panelists and moderators from the financial and fintech industries.
Collaborate with internal departments to align conference content with overall event branding marketing and sales goals.
Manage speaker communications and logistics ensuring a professional and seamless experience pre-event onsite and post-event.
Maintain and update speaker and agenda details across all event platforms and materials.
Support the on-site execution of conferences ensuring sessions run smoothly and on schedule.
Gather feedback from speakers and attendees to continuously enhance agenda quality and relevance.
Monitor competitor events and suggest enhancements to maintain HQMenas leadership position in the industry.

Requirements

13 years of experience in conference production content creation business journalism or related roles.
A strong interest in the financial fintech or trading industries.
Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to identify and interpret industry trends.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; able to engage effectively with senior executives and thought leaders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or CRM tools is a plus.
Bachelors degree required; Communications Marketing Business or Finance preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to travel internationally for conference execution and speaker management.
