Cake Design & Decoration
Decorate cakes cupcakes pastries and desserts using icing fondant buttercream and other techniques.
Customize designs based on customer requests special occasions and seasonal themes.
Create consistent high-quality finishes in taste and presentation.
Maintain product freshness and ensure timely completion of all orders.
Production & Preparation
Assist with baking frosting and filling preparation when required.
Manage stock of decorating materials colors and toppings.
Follow recipes portion control and presentation standards.
Quality & Hygiene
Ensure all products meet café quality and hygiene standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
Follow food safety and storage procedures according to UAE regulations.
Teamwork & Customer Service
Collaborate with bakers and café staff to fulfill custom orders efficiently.
Communicate effectively about order details timelines and customer feedback.
Contribute creative ideas for new product designs or seasonal collections.
Minimum 23 years of experience as a Cake Decorator or Pastry Artist (preferably in the UAE).
Strong artistic and creative skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in fondant buttercream and modern cake design techniques.
Knowledge of food safety hygiene and kitchen operations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
