Requirements
Requirements
6 months of retention experience in the Forex industry a must
Must be currently based in Dubai
Excellent communication and sales-driven negotiation skills
Strong understanding of trading platforms and market dynamics
Target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Fluent English additional languages is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of active traders and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction
Build long-term relationships with clients to maximize trading volume
Guide clients in navigating trading platforms and market updates
Upsell company products and promotions to enhance trading activity
Identify client needs and provide strategic retention solutions
Resolve issues efficiently and maintain high service standards
Achieve KPIs and revenue-driven performance targets
