Black & Grey HR is hiring a Showroom Sales Manager for a leading provider of architectural glazing shading (indoor & outdoor) and acoustic solutions. The role focuses on leading showroom operations driving sales and delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the company s growth in the design and construction sectors.
- Lead daily showroom operations ensuring a professional brand-aligned environment.
- Drive sales through effective strategies market analysis and high lead conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects consultants designers and contractors.
- Manage train and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Oversee product displays inventory promotions and in-store events.
- Track sales performance customer feedback and market trends to provide actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in a relevant field
- 15 years of experience in the construction or architectural solutions industry
- Proven leadership and sales management skills
- Strong communication client engagement and team development abilities
