Position Summary:
The Client Relations Executive will be responsible for managing client interactions ensuring smooth operational processes and supporting the sales and administration teams. This role requires a proactive and professional individual capable of handling client inquiries coordinating payments conducting follow-ups and collecting feedback to enhance overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Professionally welcome and assist walk-in clients ensuring a positive first impression.
Conduct preliminary client consultations to understand requirements and provide accurate service information.
Collaborate with senior counsellors or management for detailed client engagements.
Oversee payment collection reconciliation and accurate record-keeping of transactions.
Perform follow-ups via calls WhatsApp and emails to facilitate client sign-ups and project completions.
Maintain and update client databases enquiry logs and payment records in CRM or Excel.
Prepare and organize application forms agreements and confidential client documents.
Assist in office administration including scheduling documentation and internal coordination.
Support reporting activities including sales and operational summaries for management review.
Maintain a professional and organized office environment ensuring a smooth client experience.
Collaborate with marketing teams for basic promotions and client engagement initiatives.
Collect client feedback and reviews post-project completion to support continuous service improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Nationality: Philippines Nepal Sri Lanka or Pakistan.
Female candidates preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales client relations or office administration (freshers may be considered).
Professional demeanor punctuality and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel) and WhatsApp Business tools.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a corporate office environment.
