We are seeking a dynamic Talent Relationship Manager to join our team across Dubai Beirut and Riyadh locations. This role is pivotal in forging strong relationships with influencers and brands and driving innovative social media campaigns.

Requirements
Job Responsibilities Will Include
- Develop and pitch creative influencer partnership proposals.
- Play a key role in the Talent Management Team maintaining databases generating reports and crafting compelling presentations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients sales teams and influencers ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
- Lead brainstorming and strategic planning sessions for campaign ideation.
- Design influencer marketing campaigns supervising from ideation through to post-campaign analysis.
- Train and guide team members within the talent division to foster their professional growth and enhance team performance.
- Expand ITPs influencer network to encompass a broader range of platforms including but not limited to Facebook Snapchat Instagram TikTok YouTube and Twitch.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with internal teams providing exceptional service and representation for both brands and influencers
- Analyze campaign outcomes and communicate insights and recommendations to the management team.
Requirements
- Proven track record in account management and client service.
- Exceptional reporting and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Minimum of five years experience in advertising marketing or influencer marketing at a mid-to-senior level.
- Experience in a client-facing role is essential.
- Familiarity with the MENA gaming scene including PC and console platforms is not a must but highly desirable.
- Energetic self-starter eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in both Arabic and English.
