Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Application Support Engineer L1 to join our growing team in Dubai. This mid-level full-time position is ideal for candidates with up to 6 years of work experience passionate about delivering high-quality support for business applications in a dynamic client-focused environment at Intertec Softwares Pvt Ltd.
Qualifications and Skills
Below are the main but not limited to skills an L1 support associate need to possess to provide the desired service:
- Minimum 3 years experience providing similar or higher support for government services in the UAE.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
- In-depth troubleshooting skills (browser issues account access form validations).
- Ability to empathize with applicants while enforcing compliance and policies.
- Strong documentation and reporting habits.
- Basic and sufficient understanding of the medical pharmaceutical veterinary and agricultural domains and the relevant laws and regulation in the United Arab Emirates.
Roles and Responsibilities
Service Quality & User Guidance
The L1 support associate is expected to:
- Ensure professional accurate and empathetic communication with all users.
- Help users understand not just how to fix an issue but why it occurred to prevent recurrence.
- Promote proper system use by explaining best practices in navigation naming and document preparation.
Customer Satisfaction & Public Image
The L1 support associate is expected to:
- Always provide high-quality interactions with professionals
- The interactions with customers should always be aligned with EDE brand and service values.
- Utilize interactions with customers by formulating recommendations for policy clarification and UI improvements.
