Coordinate manpower requirements with Project Managers and Department Heads.
Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn agencies and internal databases.
Screen resumes conduct interviews and shortlist qualified candidates.
Liaise with PRO and HR Admin for visa processing onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers reports and candidate databases.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
Requirements
- A Masters degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field along with HR certifications (e.g. CIPD SHRM) and knowledge of labor laws maritime regulations and HR software.
Experience Required: 36 Years (preferably in Marine or Engineering sector)
