At Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah a Recreation Supervisor is responsible for effective supervision of the Hotel / Recreation facilities Distribute Pool towels to pool and beach guests and provide them with a warm and sincere welcome.
What will I be doing
As a Recreation Supervisor you are responsible for supporting the recreation team to deliver an excellent Guest experience. A Recreation Supervisor will also be required to achieve sales targets and manage customer feedback. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Distribute delegate and direct workload to ensure maximum productivity and customer satisfaction with minimum outlay of expenses in terms of labour and material. Monitor and evaluate team member performance.
- Maintaining and supervising pool and beach. Ensuring items are stocked inventory is checked and maintained
- Plan and monitor activities to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards
- Select and train Recreation team members in proper work procedures and techniques
- Assists in dealing with guest needs emergencies and/or extra services for guests
- Communicate effectively to conduct staff and departmental meetings
- Attend various other related meetings to obtain and disseminate pertinent information
- Preparing of annual budgets and monthly forecasts alongside Head of the Department
