Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Esthetician/ Facial Expert to join a reputable ladies salon in Al Ain UAE. The ideal candidate should be passionate about skincare facial treatments and delivering high-quality service in a warm professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of facial treatments including deep cleansing hydration exfoliation extraction anti-aging brightening and acne control.
  

• Assess individual client skin concerns and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products.
  

• Maintain strict hygiene and sterilization standards for all tools and treatment areas.
  

• Stay updated with the latest skincare trends techniques and technologies.
  

• Maintain accurate records of client skin analysis treatment history and recommendations.
  

• Deliver a relaxing and personalized experience during treatments.
  

• Provide post-treatment skincare advice and product recommendations.
  

• Assist with general salon operations and help maintain a welcoming and calming atmosphere.
  

• Ensure a polished and professional appearance and communication style when interacting with clients.
  

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Knowledge of threading waxing (facial/eyebrow) or basic nail services is a plus.
  

• Ability to perform facial massage techniques including lymphatic drainage and lifting methods.
  

• Assist with reception duties such as client bookings answering inquiries and greeting walk-ins.
  

• Recommend and upsell retail skincare products or beauty packages.
  

• Support team members with multi-service coordination and customer care.
  

• Provide basic hairstyling such as blow-drying straightening and simple up dos.
  

• Skilled in manicure and pedicure (classic and spa-style)
  

• Provide hand and foot massage during treatments.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Facial Therapist (UAE experience preferred).
  

• Valid certification(s) in beauty therapy skincare or cosmetology.
  

• Knowledge of skin types conditions and appropriate treatment plans.
  

• Excellent hygiene standards and familiarity with salon sterilization protocols.
  

• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
  

• Must be currently in the UAE or willing to relocate with legal documentation.
