Customer Success Associate
Location: Dubai UAE
Role summary
As a key member of our regional team you will be responsible for managing and expanding existing client relationships across the financial services sector. Acting as a strategic business partner youll focus on client retention upselling and cross-selling Payoneers suite of solutions. This role requires a consultative approach a deep understanding of our products and partner networks and the ability to identify new opportunities based on client needs and market trends.
What youll do
Manage existing client relationships with a consultative and strategic approach to drive retention upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Develop a strong understanding of Payoneers services and partner network to address client needs and drive value.
Consistently aim to exceed strategic and financial performance targets.
Act as the voice of the customer internally collaborating with sales marketing partnerships operations and product teams.
Share market insights including customer feedback competitor analysis and local trends to inform internal strategy.
Support the development of Payoneers financial services capabilities and help shape and execute a regional go-to-market strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally to create and deliver compelling value propositions tailored to client needs.
Who you are
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in Russian or French and Arabic
2 years of experience in customer success business development or a related field.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand the business drivers that impact client performance.
Data-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Comfortable making decisions in a dynamic environment and anticipating future client and market needs.
Willingness and flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally as needed.
Bonus points
Experience in the payments or banking industry.
Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
