We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering III professional to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab this senior-level position you will play a crucial role in designing developing and implementing advanced electrical systems for cutting-edge projects across the region.
- Lead and manage complex electrical engineering projects from conception to completion
- Design and analyze advanced electrical systems circuits and components
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to challenging electrical engineering problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to team members
- Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and quality control measures
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new electrical engineering projects
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement
- Occasionally travel to project sites within the UAE and neighboring countries as required
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering; Masters degree preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in electrical engineering with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD SolidWorks) and circuit design and analysis tools
- Strong expertise in power systems control systems and signal processing
- Experience with renewable energy systems is a plus
- Excellent project management skills including the ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial
