Our client is looking for dynamic and results-oriented candidates for a permanent full-time position of Real Estate Sales Director based in Dubai United Arab Emirates.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the expanding real estate sales team;
- Supervise onboarding processes of new sales managers and real estate agents;
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans;
- Guide and manage business activities of sales managers and real estate agents;
- Build and maintain key client relationships;
- Ensure team compliance with RERA and DLD guidelines.
Requirements
Key requirements:
- Proven real estate sales leadership experience in Dubai;
- People management including onboarding of new employees guiding and monitoring work of sales managers and real estate agents;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Knowledge of Dubais real estate market trends and regulations;
- Bachelors degree in Sales Business or Marketing (relevant certifications a plus).
