Ontime Group is excited to announce the opening of a new clinic and is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist and Medical Director with a valid DHA license and UAE experience. This is a unique opportunity to lead and establish a new physiotherapy department providing high-quality care and rehabilitation services to patients. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing clinical protocols managing the daily operations of the clinic and fostering a patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities:
- - Lead and manage all aspects of physiotherapy services in the new clinic ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to all patients.
- - Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
- - Oversee the recruitment training and development of physiotherapy staff to create a strong clinical team.
- - Establish clinical protocols and best practices to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- - Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal recovery.
- - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team discussions.
- - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations licensing requirements and quality standards.
- - Engage with patients and their families to provide education on treatment plans rehabilitation goals and health management.
- - Stay abreast of current trends and advancements in physiotherapy integrating evidence-based practices into the clinics operations.
- - Manage the clinics budget and resource allocation efficiently to ensure the sustainability of operations.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid DHA license to practice as a physiotherapist in the UAE.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a clinical setting is highly preferred.
- Strong clinical skills in assessing and treating diverse patient populations.
- Excellent organizational and management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and commitment to compliance with industry standards.
- Passion for patient care and a dedication to enhancing the health and wellness of the community.
