ملخص الوظيفة

7 years of experience in Core Banking support preferably in Phoenix an ITS Core banking product. Should be able to analyse the problems and business issues raised by the users with respect to the deployed applications systems. Provide support for all defined banking application systems. Liaises with users to gather and consolidate the gaps existing in the deployed applications systems for enhancements. Coordinate with the Database Administrator and the Data Centre Operators as and when required to understand the data optimization and data modelling related issues. Coordinate with the IT Applications Systems Unit/Project Leaders to be aware of the projects that will be developed and implemented which will subsequently reach the maintenance and support phase. Skills as mentioned below:Minimum 5 years in Software development/Support (Core Banking)Good knowledge and experience in ETHIX Products: Core Branch Finance Credit and PCD)Good knowledge and experience in Problem analysis and knowledge and experience in Query understanding in requirement analysis Knowledge of Software quality in the areas of Application Maintenance pertaining to Back-end applications & knowledge of configuration managementGood understanding of the techno-functional implicationsExperience in analysing the problem areas through discussions with the various stakeholders of IT ApplicationsA good overview of the Banking functionsKnowledge in IT Project Management; IT Quality ProcessesKnowledge on IT Security policies and their relevance to implementation and operational aspects of IT ApplicationsGood communication skillsGood command of English. (Arabic language would be added advantage)
