- Responsible for planning & implementation of the Card Products management strategy.
- Collaborate with the FAB Cards Team and hold responsibility to deliver on the cards annual plan and KPIs such as net account growth spend targets activation rates attrition & retention risk & operational costs and revenues.
- Responsible for development of new products and services to drive value to the customer.
- Work on projects to retain and improve the competitive edge of FAB cards .
- Ensure relevant and timely MIS is available to measure what matters and provide insights into products and campaigns performance.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive product growth in collaboration with the Marketing team and in conjunction with the Portfolio and Acquisitions verticals.
- Liaise with Sales Teams to ensure they are up to date with the products features and benefits and provide them with the tools (e.g. comp scans cashback calculators etc.) to help them pitch the right product to relevant target audiences.
- Liaise with other customer facing teams (e.g. Customer Service) to ensure they provide an exceptional experience to cardholders.
- Collaborate with the FAB cards team to identify gaps and opportunities and build business cases for product / features improvements to address customers changing needs and stay ahead of the competition.
- Liaise with Vendors / IT/ Other Depts. for resolving /enhancement of product / service related matters.

- Excellent analytical skills to be able to track products performance market trends and identify weaknesses and opportunities.
- Experience and deep knowledge and understanding of Cards Products financial drivers cost and revenue generators.
- Prior experience in Cards Product/Portfolio Management Product Development and Marketing in general.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Articulate with strong influencing skills.
- Bias for action self-starter with attention to detail and eager to drive results.
- Resilient methodical and capable to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines at the same time.
