Job Title: Procurement Specialist / Officer
Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
-
Manage the full procurement cycle from requisition to delivery ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Conduct market research to identify evaluate and onboard reliable suppliers.
-
Lead contract negotiations to achieve best pricing terms and quality standards.
-
Handle RFIs RFPs and RFQs; evaluate bids and make cost-effective recommendations.

Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual KPIs and SLAs.

Maintain accurate procurement and contract documentation.
-
Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement with business needs.

Identify opportunities for cost savings process improvement and risk reduction.
Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business or related field.

Proven experience in procurement sourcing or contract management.
-
Strong negotiation analytical and communication skills.
-
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
