Role Purpose:
Why this role matters
This role ensures treasury execution runs smoothly across our GCC Operating Companies Kuwait KSA and Oman by delivering accurate cash reporting timely payment execution and effective bank coordination that directly supports operational continuity and financial visibility.

- Treasury reports are trusted by both OpCos and Group Finance.
- Local teams feel supported and treasury processes run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role you will:
- Manage cash & liquidity: Maintain daily/weekly cash positions lead 13-week cash forecasting track liquidity buffers and optimize working capital.
- Oversee banking operations: Manage all bank accounts documentation and signatory processes; act as the main contact with banking partners to negotiate fees and improve efficiency.
- Support debt servicing: Track loan amortization schedules ensure timely repayments support covenant compliance and assist with financing documentation.
- Execute treasury operations: Process payments perform reconciliations monitor FX exposures and prepare treasury-related journal entries in SAP or other systems.
- Deliver reporting & analytics: Build treasury dashboards track FX exposures monitor bank fees and provide inputs for monthly/quarterly close and board reporting.
- Drive process improvement & controls: Lead automation initiatives (host-to-host integrations payment automation AI-driven liquidity forecasting reconciliations). Maintain SOPs and risk controls in line with policy and audit standards.
Qualifications & Attributes:
Were seeking someone who embodies the following:
Education
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
Experience
- 58 years of progressive treasury experience in a multinational or regional setup.
- Strong exposure to cash flow forecasting bank account management and debt servicing.
Technical Skills (Must-haves)
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Kyriba or similar systems.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables modelling structured data handling).
Technical Skills (Nice-to-haves)
- Exposure to AI tools automation platforms or Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
Unique Attributes
- Hands-on detail-oriented and accountable.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
- Fast learner adaptable to evolving tools and AI-driven solutions.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
