ملخص الوظيفة
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed shop drawings for structural elements including foundations columns beams slabs and other concrete and steel components.
- Develop coordination drawings in line with architectural and MEP disciplines to ensure clash-free construction.
- Interpret structural design drawings and specifications to produce clear and compliant drafting deliverables.
- Revise and update drawings based on site conditions RFIs and engineering mark-ups.
- Collaborate closely with structural engineers site teams and other drafting disciplines to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to local authority standards company protocols and project specifications.
- Maintain up-to-date drawing logs and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
- Provide support to site teams during construction with required drawing revisions or clarifications.
Key Qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.
- Minimum 8 years drafting experience with at least 5 years in the UAE/ GCC contracting companies
- Strong command of AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit Structure or BIM tools is a plus.
- Extensive experience in preparing coordination drawings and multi-disciplinary integration.
- Familiarity with UAE/GCC construction standards and authority requirements.
- High level of accuracy attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
- Must be available to join within 2 weeks.
