Requirements:
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of construction/ consultancy experience in UAE with various building types including high-rise mixed-use residential commercial and villas/townhouses.
- Extensive technical knowledge and experience in the installation testing and commissioning of mechanical services as follows
- HVAC
- Water supply
- Drainage
- Firefighting
- LPG
- Smoke management system
- BMS etc.
- Maintain the quality of work at site take necessary action and report to the superior for corrective action.
- Carryout mechanical inspections for materials installations and witness the testing and commissioning.
- Mock-up installation requirements.
- FAT and SAT procedures and requirements.
- Familiar with UAE local authority guidelines and internationally recognized standards.
- Review of method statements shop drawings as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
- Familiar to use online platforms such as Aconex Asite Assist etc. and other snagging tools as per
- the project requirements.
- Good in Autocad MS word excel PowerPoint and other softwares / tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
