ELE Interior Design is a friendly boutique Interior Design Studio we are looking to expand our workplace family.
The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking & a passion for Interior Design an Architecture qualification is preferred. You should be able to demonstrate working on high end Residential projects ideally within Dubai. We are looking for someone to grow in our team and offer plenty of opportunity to do so. You should be a clear communicator take instructions be detail orientated deliver work promptly and be able to work independently on executing multiple projects within a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects following Company style
Meet with client in order to understand the clients objectives and desires
Communicate effectively with client vendors and team in order to address clients needs
Prepare presentations and drawings (3D 2D mood boards mock-ups and renderings) for clients
FF&E & Procurement
Project supervision both onsite and off communicating with Clients & Contractors
Reporting on progress and providing solutions to the Head of Design & General Manager
Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
Managing the ID department deliverables 3D team & Interns providing advice and training & performance management
Requirements
Bachelors degree with at least 3 years of experience in related field majority to be within UAE
Interior designer with creative and passion in design
Experienced in Luxury Residential Interior Design
Proficient in softwares including AutoCAD Photoshop Illustrator PowerPoint Sketchup
Strong creative and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to execute and manage teams

What We re Looking For: Education: Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a draughtsman in the interior design or architectural industry. Software Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant 3D modeling and rendering software. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and building codes. Attention to Detail: Ability to produce highly accurate technical drawings with excellent attention to detail. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team, mentor junior staff, and manage workloads effectively. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying and resolving design and technical issues quickly and efficiently. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with high-end residential and hospitality/commercial interior design projects. Certification in project management or design software.
