Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard banks in target international markets for Hitachi Payments digital payment solutions.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for global banking clients.
- Build strong C-level relationships to drive adoption of payment platforms.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage contract closures for international deals.
- Meet or exceed international sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Track market trends to identify new payment product opportunities.
- Collaborate across product legal and delivery teams for custom solutions and client onboarding.
- Represent Hitachi Payments at global industry conferences.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years in B2B sales/account management in payments fintech or banking in the relevant region.
- Strong knowledge of payment products (cards UPI gateways) and banking tech.
- Proven success managing international banking clients and closing large deals.
- Excellent negotiation communication and C-level stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with payment regulations in target markets.
- Effective cross-functional collaborator; able to operate in matrix organizations.
- Fluent English required; multilingual ability is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Business Technology or Finance.
- Background in SaaS/B2B sales for payments or banking software.
- Experience with global banks or fintechs in target geography.
