About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Outreach Associate to support our lead generation and business development efforts across multiple regions. This role will play a key part in identifying prospects executing outreach campaigns and driving engagement with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and organize leads with a focus on DNFBP companies (real estate gold audit firms etc.).
- Manage and maintain lead data in Pipedrive CRM ensuring accuracy tagging and deduplication.
- Conduct market research to expand and enrich lead databases.
- Execute targeted email outreach campaigns and track engagement (opens clicks responses).
- Make initial sales calls qualify leads and schedule product demos.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth lead handover and campaign execution.
- Maintain clear records of lead progress and share daily activity updates.
- Communicate professionally in English (written & spoken) with prospects and internal teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 01 year of experience in sales consulting or business development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages such as French Arabic Dutch or German preferred).
- Ability to research organize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience (e.g. Pipedrive Apollo LinkedIn Sales Navigator CRM/Automation Tools) is a plus.
