We are looking for a hands-on HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team. You will support the entire employee lifecycle and take ownership of payroll processing for UAE and KSA ensuring compliance with local labor laws and WPS/GOSI requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle payroll end-to-end for UAE and KSA ensuring accuracy and compliance (WPS GOSI EOSB etc.)
Maintain and update employee records in the HR system (BambooHR)
Support recruitment onboarding and offboarding processes
Draft contracts HR letters and handle visa and PRO coordination
Monitor leave and attendance track probation and performance review timelines
Ensure compliance with UAE and KSA labor law; stay up to date on regulatory changes
Assist in employee engagement and internal communication activities
Prepare HR reports and support audits when needed
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 5 years of experience in HR roles
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
- Knowledge of GOSI Muqeem and QIWA system
- Experience in employee relations and performance management
- Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration
- In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP PHR) preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
