Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs based on drawings specifications and site measurements.
- Evaluate prepare and negotiate variations and change orders in coordination with the project team.
- Prepare and certify subcontractor payments monitor work progress and verify site measurements.
- Support the preparation of interim valuations final accounts and cost-related documentation.
- Assist in contract administration ensuring adherence to project budgets and timelines.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all contractual and financial correspondence.
- Liaise with project managers engineers and procurement teams to track cost-related activities.
- Support in preparing and submitting cost-related reports to management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures project specifications and relevant UAE/GCC regulations.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil construction projects within the UAE/GCC.
- Hands-on experience in infrastructure buildings or mixed-use projects in the region.
- Proven expertise in quantity take-offs variation analysis and subcontractor payments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel AutoCAD and quantity surveying software (e.g. CCS Candy Cubit or similar).
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred) and cost control processes.
- Excellent analytical negotiation and communication skills.
- Must be locally available and ready to join immediately.
