ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Designer to join our engineering team for a major onshore oil and gas project based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC design specific to the oil and gas industry and must be available to join immediately.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare detailed HVAC system design drawings (HVAC ductwork piping and equipment layouts) for onshore oil and gas facilities using industry-standard tools (AutoCAD MicroStation etc.).
- Develop HVAC design deliverables including general arrangement drawings duct routing equipment layouts and support details.
- Work closely with HVAC Engineers to ensure design compliance with project specifications codes and client requirements.
- Interpret and implement HVAC design codes and standards (ASHRAE SMACNA ISO etc.).
- Coordinate with other disciplines (electrical structural architectural etc.) to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems.
- Review vendor documents and equipment data sheets to incorporate into the HVAC design package.
- Assist in preparing material take-offs and support procurement with technical inputs.
- Participate in design reviews HAZOPs and constructability assessments during the engineering phase.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables while adhering to project schedules and deadlines.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 810 years of experience in HVAC design within the onshore oil & gas sector.
- Proficient in HVAC software and CAD tools (AutoCAD Revit MEP etc.).
- Familiarity with international HVAC and oil & gas standards.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Must be immediately available to join in Dubai.
