Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Conference Producer to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with 1 3 years of experience in content creation agenda development speaker engagement or conference production particularly within the finance fintech or related industries. The Conference Producer will play a crucial role in developing impactful event content securing expert speakers and ensuring the overall success of our global expos.

Requirements

1 3 years of experience in conference production content creation business journalism or related roles.
A strong interest in the financial fintech or trading industries.
Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to identify and interpret industry trends.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; able to engage effectively with senior executives and thought leaders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or CRM tools is a plus.
Bachelor s degree required; Communications Marketing Business or Finance preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to travel internationally for conference execution and speaker management.
