Key Responsibilities:

Supervise construction works and ensure compliance with safety standards
Coordinate site activities and manage labor workforce
Ensure proper use of materials tools and equipment
Communicate with engineers and report daily site progress
Resolve onsite issues and maintain project quality standards

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision within UAE
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Good leadership and communication skills
UAE driving license is a plus
