What Youll Do:
Lead the Creative Process: Own the branding and visual identity development for multiple clients ensuring strategic and aesthetic excellence.
Project & Team Management: Oversee branding projects from concept to execution managing timelines resources and crossfunctional teams.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling brand experiences.
Design Oversight: Guide and refine brand identity packaging digital assets and marketing materials with a high level of craftsmanship.
Strategic Thinking: Align branding initiatives with business objectives ensuring impactful storytelling and market differentiation.
Process & Innovation: Continuously optimize workflows introduce fresh ideas and push creative boundaries in branding.

What Were Looking For:
5 years of experience in branding design and creative direction.
Strong leadership and project management skills to handle multiple branding initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent design sensibility with an eye for detail typography and composition.
Experience in team collaboration client presentations and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Understanding of brand strategy positioning and storytelling.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while delivering highquality work on time.
