Job Title: Assistant Nurse
Job Summary: This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Care DOH Assistant Nurse The Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care administering medications managing patient care and handling wound care on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications:
- Nursing and Medicine skills
- DHA/DOH is a must
- Experience in Home Care and Patient Care
- Proficiency in Wound Care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Relevant certification or degree in Nursing or related field
- Immediate Joiner
