We are looking for a proactive and serviceoriented Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of a highend restaurant in Dubai. This role requires strong leadership attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations ensuring a seamless dining experience
Supervise train and support frontofhouse staff maintaining high service standards
Ensure efficient staff scheduling and labor cost control
Address guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
Uphold hygiene health and safety regulations throughout the restaurant
Support implementation of sales initiatives and promotional activities
Assist in reporting on financial and operational performance metrics
Foster a positive team environment and contribute to staff motivation and development
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a highend restaurant or hospitality setting.
Minimum of 3 years experienced in the UAE.
Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in hospitality tourism or any related field.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fastpaced environment
Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
