Ontime Group is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse with a valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license to join our exceptional this role you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care across various healthcare settings ensuring that patients receive the best possible treatment and support. Your expertise and dedication will help enhance patient outcomes and contribute to a positive healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients health status including physical exams and health histories
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed ensuring adherence to safety and clinical guidelines
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment making adjustments as necessary
- Educate patients and their families about health management treatment options and self-care strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and improve patient care
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
Requirements
- Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Prior nursing experience in clinical or healthcare settings
- Strong clinical skills with a solid understanding of nursing practices and patient care standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrating empathy and patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work environments
