Job Title: Specialist Pathologist (Clinical & Anatomical)
Location: 101 OH Sharjah Multispecialty Hospital
Department: Laboratory / Diagnostics
Employment Type: Full-time
Joining: Immediate preferred
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Specialist Pathologist with expertise in both clinical and anatomical pathology to join our dynamic medical team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in diagnosing diseases through laboratory analysis and tissue examination contributing directly to patient care and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities
Perform gross and microscopic examination of surgical specimens biopsies and cytological samples
Analyze blood urine and tissue samples to identify abnormalities and guide clinical decisions
Conduct autopsies when required and prepare detailed pathology reports
Collaborate with physicians and specialists to correlate clinical findings with pathological data
Ensure compliance with DHA/MOH standards and maintain laboratory safety protocols
Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
Stay updated with advancements in pathology and integrate best practices into daily work
Qualifications & Requirements
MBBS with MD or equivalent in Pathology (Clinical & Anatomical)
Valid DHA License or MOH License/Evaluation
Minimum 3 5 years of post-specialization experience in a hospital or diagnostic center
Strong diagnostic acumen and attention to detail
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Indian nationality preferred; open to Male / Female candidates
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: AED per month
Other Benefits: As per UAE labor law (including medical insurance annual leave air ticket allowance etc.)
