About the Role
The Creative Strategist is entrusted with shaping the vision and strategy behind high-impact campaigns branding and experiential activations. This role translates insights and research into actionable creative briefs ensuring every project is both innovative and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of creative strategies for integrated campaigns branding and event activations
- Conduct market research audience profiling and competitive analysis to inform strategy
- Translate insights into clear actionable briefs for creative design and content teams
- Collaborate with creative account management and production teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution
- Present strategic recommendations and creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders
- Track and analyze campaign effectiveness providing recommendations for continuous improvement
- Support new business pitches and proposal development with strategic input
- Stay abreast of industry trends digital innovation and cultural insights relevant to the agencys work
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Communications Advertising or a related field
- Minimum 6 years experience in creative strategy brand planning or related roles within agency or brand environments
- Strong track record of developing successful strategies for leading brands and campaigns
- Excellent analytical research and storytelling skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with digital social and experiential marketing
- Familiarity with the GCC market and regional cultural nuances is preferred
