Description

Ontime Group is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our clinic located in Al Meydan. In this vital role you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support ensuring that our clients receive a welcoming and efficient experience during their visits.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Manage incoming phone calls schedule appointments and maintain the clinics calendar
  • Provide clients with information about clinic services treatments and procedures
  • Assist clients with checkin complete necessary forms and update client records
  • Keep the reception and waiting areas clean organized and inviting
  • Handle billing inquiries process payments and assist with insurance verification as required
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner


Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist in a clinic or healthcare setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude
  • Experience with appointment scheduling and clinic management software
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
