Empower Education Through People Join Us as an HR Officer!
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to join our ICS school team in Abu Dhabi. If you have a passion for supporting educational institutions through effective human resource practices we want to hear from you!
- Handle daytoday HR operations including recruitment onboarding and staff documentation.
- Manage employee records contracts visa processes and similar.
- Support in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in performance management and employee relations matters.
- Coordinate staff training development programs and annual appraisal cycles.
- Ensure compliance with ADEK and labor law requirements.
- Liaise with government authorities (e.g. MOHRE Immigration) for employmentrelated matters.
- Support payroll inputs and HR reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR dealings.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience preferably in a school environment
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and ADEK policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle employee relations recruitment and HR operations
- A collaborative team player with a solutionoriented approach
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a multicultural and fastpaced environment.
