We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Office Receptionist to join at a prestigious heritage hotel located in one of Dubas most iconic waterfront destinations. As the first point of contact the Front Office plays a crucial role in creating a positive and professional first impression for clients and visitors
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls respond to emails and assist guest with inquiries
- Manage reservations for both hotel and accommodation and restaurant bookings
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures e
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and document preparation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role preferred
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
