Ontime Group is seeking a passionate and skilled Dental Assistant from the Philippines with a valid DHA license to join our dynamic team. In this role you will support our dental professionals in providing exceptional patient care while ensuring the smooth operation of the dental clinic. Your contributions will be essential in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during various dental procedures by preparing necessary tools and materials
- Ensure the treatment area is clean and organized before during and after procedures
- Take and develop dental radiographs as requested
- Provide patient education and answer questions about dental treatments and care
- Maintain accurate patient records including treatment notes and medical histories
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient files
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards at all times
- Assist in inventory management and ordering dental supplies
Requirements
- Valid DHA license to practice as a Dental Assistant
- Experience working as a Dental Assistant (minimum 12 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology
- Excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written
- Ability to build rapport and provide compassionate care to patients
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Proficient in using dental software for patient records management
- Strong commitment to adhering to safety and infection control guidelines
- Filipino nationality required
