An amazing opportunity has opened up for talented Hostess in our award winning Afya Restaurant. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a high level of service to our guests and always remaining available to assist and advise when necessary.

- Presentable & well groomed.
- Ability to handle multiple guest queries efficiently.

What will youdo
- Welcome guests in a cheery welcoming manner.
- Handle guest queries/complaints.
- Remain aware of incoming VIPs/ Special Guests.
- Handle incoming calls on service phone promptly.
- Maintain Positive Guest Relations.
- Accommodate guest requests for change courteously.
- Assist team members where possible.

The hotel comprises 301 well-appointed guestrooms and suites. Rooms start at a spacious 32 square metres and feature a stylish design of warm tones and comfortable furnishings. For travellers requiring the highest levels of service and attention the hotel also offers 80 Traders Club rooms on the seventh eighth and ninth floor as well as suites on the first to seventh floor.
