DescriptionOntime Group is seeking a highly motivated Arabic Receptionist to join our clinic in Dubai. As a key member of our team you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support ensuring that clients feel welcomed and valued during their visits.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist clients upon their arrival at the clinic
- Manage incoming calls schedule appointments and maintain the clinics calendar
- Provide clients with information regarding clinic services and procedures in both Arabic and English
- Assist with the client check-in process including the completion of necessary forms
- Keep the reception area and waiting rooms clean organized and inviting
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments as well as assist with insurance verifications
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Address client inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally and efficiently
Requirements - Previous experience as a Receptionist in a clinic or healthcare setting
- Fluency in Arabic and English both spoken and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service abilities with a positive attitude
- Experience with appointment scheduling and clinic management systems
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficient in using office software and tools
