We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our dedicated team. This position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional care to our patients while supporting a busy and growing clinic renowned for its dedication to pet health hygiene and well-being. You will work closely with our veterinary surgeons and client care team to deliver a gold-standard service in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
Assist veterinarians with medical procedures surgeries and diagnostics.
Monitor patients vital signs and provide post-operative care.
Administer medications and treatments as directed by the veterinary team.
Client Support
Build trust and rapport with clients answer their questions and concerns in a professional manner.
Operational Support
Maintain accurate patient records medical histories and treatment details.
Keep equipment and treatment areas clean sterilised and ready for use.
Assist in inventory management for medical supplies.
Requirements
3 to 4 years of experience in a veterinary technician role ideally within the UAE.
Formal veterinary qualification or equivalent.
MOCCAE licensed.
Strong clinical knowledge and technical skills including handling and restraining animals.
Excellent communication and empathy when dealing with both clients and patients.
Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting.
