Clinical Pharmacist

• Review evaluate and manage patient medication therapy in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams.
  
• Provide clinical advice on drug selection dosage interactions and side effects.
  
• Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust therapy as necessary.
  
• Educate patients and caregivers about medication use storage and safety.
  
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols policies and national healthcare regulations.
  
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to clinical decision-making.
  
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of pharmaceutical care.
  
• Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical research drug developments and best practices.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
  
• Valid UAE pharmacy license or eligibility to obtain one.
  
• Minimum of 3 years clinical pharmacy experience including pediatric patient exposure preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology therapeutics and clinical guidelines.
  
• Excellent communication counseling and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
