Job Title: Agriculture Nursery Manager
Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Reports To: Industry: Urban Landscaping Agriculture
Employment Type: Full-Time Senior Level

Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Agriculture Nursery Manager to lead and optimize their 10 hectare nursery that acts as the backbone of the urban landscaping company in the UAE.

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all nursery operations including planting propagation fertilization irrigation pruning and transplanting.
Monitor plant health and implement pest and disease control measures.
Train guide and supervise nursery staff and workers.
Maintain records of plant production inventory and sales (if applicable).
Ensure proper use and maintenance of agricultural tools equipment and irrigation systems.
Implement best practices in sustainable nursery management.
Plan production schedules to meet demand requirements.
Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental standards.
Prepare reports and updates for management regarding nursery performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree/diploma in Agriculture Horticulture or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in nursery/plantation/farm management.
Experience with landscaping projects in the UAE.
