About the Role
We re looking for highly motivated and ambitious recent graduates to join our dynamic Sales Development team. This is a commission-only internship designed to fast-track your sales career while giving you real-world experience generating leads qualifying prospects and booking meetings in a high-growth tech-driven environment.
Top performers will be offered a 6-month fixed-term contract at a base of 1200 AED/month commissions with the potential for a full-time position thereafter.
What You ll Do
- Identify and engage potential leads via cold calls emails LinkedIn and events
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and schedule discovery calls
- Work closely with account executives and marketing to refine outreach strategies
- Maintain CRM records and pipeline hygiene
- Consistently hit activity and performance KPIs
- Represent the company with professionalism resilience and hunger to learn
Requirements
Recent graduate in Business Marketing Communication or related fields
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic or another language is a plus)
Self-motivated ambitious and target-driven
High tolerance for rejection and ability to stay persistent
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn modern sales tools (e.g. HubSpot LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
No prior sales experience required just a great attitude and willingness to grow
