We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager - Leisure to join our team in the biggest Rixos resort. As a key member of the team you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing our leisure sales operations in this thriving tourist destination.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue in the leisure sector
- Lead motivate and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders in the leisure industry
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Monitor and report on sales performance providing regular updates to senior management
- Forecast sales set targets and develop action plans to ensure consistent growth
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and services
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and ethical standards
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management preferably in the leisure or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market (CIS market)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
- Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools
- Advanced financial analysis and budgeting skills
- In-depth knowledge of the leisure industry including current trends and market dynamics
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
- Sales management certifications are preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- Fluency in English and Russian Languages are MUST.
