Design and administer competitive reward structures benefits and incentive schemes.
Compliance & HR Policy
Ensure compliance with UAE-DGE laws and internal policies; conduct HR audits and maintain governance.
HR Operations & Budgeting
Manage the HR departments budget HRIS systems key metrics/KPIs and day-to-day operations.
Change & Organizational Development
Drive HR transformation initiatives organizational design digital enablement and change management.
Leadership & Influence
Lead and mentor HR teams aligning initiatives with business strategy.
Counsel senior executives on talent culture succession planning and workforce insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree: HR Business Psychology (Masters/MBA preferred)
- Certifications: CIPD L7 SHRM-SCP SPHR or equivalent preferred
- Experience: 815 years in HR including 5 years in senior leadership roles
