Commis II
Do you have an appetite for career progression and ready to take your culinary skills to a worldclass platform Take your career to a whole new level with us and join our kitchen team.
What you will be doing:
- Actively share ideas opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus
- Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards
- Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Should have at least 2 years experience in similar role for a 5 Star Hotel/Resort in UAE
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Should have expertise in Hot Section
- Should have culinary education background
- Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
