Position Title: Secretary / Document Controller
Location: Dubai UAE
Duration: 5 Months
Eligibility: Only Dependent Visa Holders
Responsibilities:
Manage and control project documentation in line with company standards.
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the team.
Maintain records files and correspondence related to construction projects.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as Secretary/Document Controller in construction industry.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM Monday to Friday (Sat & Sun off).
